Solutions for Facilities of Every Scale

From data centers to industrial estates, our synchronizing and distribution panels are engineered for real-world field complexity.

🏭

Industrial Estates & Factories

Production facilities with large power needs require stable, fluctuation-free distribution so manufacturing processes aren't disrupted and equipment stays protected.

🖥️

Data Centers & IT Facilities

Precise synchronization between the grid and critical backup gensets to protect servers and data from voltage transients during power transfer.

🏗️

EPC & Construction Projects

Large-scale projects need a distribution system that can be designed from the outset, then expanded as the project grows without a complete reconfiguration.

🏥

Hospitals & Critical Facilities

The highest reliability standards demand power distribution with full redundancy, critical load segregation, and real-time monitoring at all times.

⛏️

Mining & Energy

Remote conditions with multiple gensets require reliable synchronization and precise load sharing for fuel efficiency and power system stability.

🏢

Commercial Buildings & Property

High-rise buildings and commercial complexes need a well-organized, efficient distribution system that makes periodic maintenance easy without shutting down the entire building.

Our Capabilities

What We Can Design and Build

Every panel is custom-built — not an off-the-shelf product — because every electrical system has unique characteristics.

🔄

Multi-Genset Synchronizing Panel

A synchronizing panel that automatically manages the paralleling of multiple gensets — matching frequency, voltage, and phase before interconnection to prevent current surges and equipment damage.

⚖️

Automatic Load Sharing

A load-sharing algorithm that ensures every genset in a parallel configuration carries a proportional load based on its capacity — extending engine life and optimizing fuel consumption.

🔌

Custom LVMDP Panel (Low Voltage)

A Low Voltage Main Distribution Panel designed to your project's single line diagram, using tier-1 ACB/MCCB components, full-capacity busbars, and layered protection for every feeder.

Medium Voltage (MV) Panel

MV switchgear and cubicles for applications above 1 kV — covering incoming, busbar, metering, and outgoing per PLN specifications or IEC 62271 standards. Suitable for facilities with their own transformer substation.

📡

Integrated Monitoring System

Power meters, a power quality analyzer, and a SCADA system providing full visibility into system parameters: voltage, current, frequency, power factor, and energy per feeder in real time.

🧩

Modular & Scalable Architecture

A panel design with planned expansion space allows adding capacity or new feeders in the future without replacing the entire system — protecting your long-term investment.

From Our Clients

Trust Built Project by Project

Jerbindo's distribution panels now keep the power systems stable at hundreds of industrial facilities across Indonesia.

★★★★★

"We run 4 units of 1000 kVA gensets in parallel. Jerbindo's synchronizing panel distributes the load very evenly — no more one genset overloaded while another sits idle. Our fuel consumption dropped 12% after this installation."

★★★★★

"The LVMDP panel we ordered was built exactly to our single line diagram, complete with spare feeders for phase 2 expansion. Two years in, there's never been a problem. The Jerbindo team is also very responsive whenever we need technical consultation."

FAQ

Frequently Asked Technical Questions

Technical answers from our engineers to the questions that come up most often before a project starts.

We typically handle up to 6 genset units on one synchronizing bus. For configurations beyond 6 units, a special bus architecture design (split bus or ring bus) is needed, which we prepare as required. The unit count isn't limited in principle — it's governed by reliability needs and system design.
An AMF (Automatic Main Failure) panel handles load transfer between the grid and a single backup genset. A synchronizing panel manages the parallel operation of multiple gensets — including matching frequency, voltage, and phase angle before interconnecting to the busbar. Both can be combined into one integrated system.
Yes. Our MV panels are designed to follow the applicable PLN Master Specification (SPLN) and IEC 62271 standards. For projects requiring PLN approval, we can support the permitting process by preparing the necessary technical documents.
Fabrication lead time depends on complexity and component availability. For a standard LV panel, it's typically 4–6 weeks from drawing approval. MV panels or more complex configurations require 8–14 weeks. A detailed timeline including the FAT inspection milestone is provided with the contract.
Yes, FAT is a standard part of our process. The client or their representative can attend to witness the panel's functional testing before it ships to site. The FAT report is formally prepared and becomes part of the project documentation package.
